My biggest pet peeve are careless cellular phones users. Cellular phones are great, don't get me wrong but I am sure you have witnessed the loud obnoxious person on the phone using cussing and sharing way too much information, the driver on a major highway slowing down to a crawl in the fast lane, and the one who holds up the checkout lane because they can't talk on the phone and pay for their purchases.
The other day, I was totally and completely blown away and really angry when I witnessed a woman, driving with her elbows and text messaging with both hands. OMG, we were doing 60 mph and she was doing 30, she was being flicked off and honked at but she was completely oblivious to what was going on around her. I certainly wouldn't be surprised if text messaging is going to be the death of her or sadly someone completely innocent.
Owning a cellular phone has certainly become quite popular. Wow, their are all kinds of plans and phones! I think it's best to shop around and read all the fine print. No one wants to be committed to a bad cellular service for two years.
My girls are addicted to pimping their cellular phones. I'm just glad they are paying for their own cellular service and their accessories. I don't want to think about how much money they have already spent.
My favorite movies
I'll admit, I have an addiction to Netflix.com. What I love the most is being able to rent entire television series on dvd. I already finished watching the complete series of Supernatural, One Tree Hill, The Sopranos and I am currently watching the Gilmore Girls. I can't believe how many television series are available on Netflix.com. My girls are extremely happy with the selection of anime and I love some of music dvds Netflix.com. has available. Plenty of awesome concerts recorded way back when.
Movies are so expensive to watch in the theatres. It wouldn't be bad for one ticket but as a family I would be paying for 7 tickets. Ouch! I usually wait until they come out on dvd. I loved Johnny Depp and Orlando Bloom in the Pirates of the Carribbean movies, Kurt Russell and Val Kilmer in Tombstone, Mel Gibson in Gladiator, Al Pacino in Scarface and Russell Crowe and Joaquin Phoenix in Gladiator.
Some of other favorite movies are Cutting Edge, American Anthem, Eurotrip, Kingpin, Armageddon, Men in Black, Lord of the Rings Trilogy and The Breakfast Club.
I love rock n' roll. Some of my favorite artists are Stevie Nicks, Ac/Dc, Metallica, GodSmack, Guns n Roses, Rolling Stones and Led Zeppelin.
