Spam in the form of Music Comments:
A new form of spam has reared its head here at RFN
and that is very intrusive music comments that start playing as soon
as you visit a member's page. This is once again something that is
not acceptable - all these comments will be deleted as well as a warning
sent to the member posting them.

Email Notification Problem: We are aware that there is a problem with email notifications not being received. This problem also includes new account verification emails so new accounts are being activated manually. PLEASE do not register a second account. gone through your profile,I found it interesting and thought I should drop you
a complimentary mail and also use the opportunity to know more about you as
must as you would love to know more about me.Let me brief you about myself.My
name is xxxxx,I am xx years old single.I am looking forward to meeting the right
woman. I have met some pretty girl in the past but there are not good enough to
give me the kind of attention and care I need from a woman,sometime I see them
having more interest in what comes out my pocket than having interest in me who
brings this things out.I have looked at at and knew that this is not what I
want of a woman,what I want is a woman who will be a true partner in helping us
build our world not only for both of us as per words but in such a way that it
will potively affect the lives of those around us and also the children that we

Speedy site, new colour scheme templates, personalized banner advertising..... these are just some of the upgrades that have taken place recently.
A new script has been installed and this has dramatically increased the website speed. You will certainly notice a difference as you visit your friends' profile pages and post your comments.
Looking for a different colour scheme for all your pages - that can be done at the click of a button. On the right hand side of your 'My Account' page is a box titled SITE THEMES - click the arrow to see all the different colour schemes, select one, if you don't like it - choose another! Please be aware that although this shouldn't change your Profile Page we suggest making a copy of any html that you may have added to your profile page.
The new promotional banners are also on your 'My Account' page below the Account Info/Activity. You do need to upload a profile picture to make these banners more effective. You can use these banners to personalize your emails, blogs and websites and at the same time advertise RFN.
Please note that When you first log in you may find that you get logged out or transferred back to the log in page, if this is the case please 'Refresh' your Browser before trying anything else!
N.B. If you are experiencing any site problems since the new script installation, please clear your cache & cookies as well as your browser history to see if that solves the problem.

RFN LiveHelp: We are testing a new Live Help system. Look for the 
icon on the right hand side of your My Account page. Even if it states "Live Help Offline", you can still click the link and leave an email message for the support staff.

PROFILE PAGE ADVERTISEMENTS:
We recently added system default advertising to all profile pages - these ads were displayed in the areas available to members to monetize their pages.
However, after reconsidering and realising that not all members are here for earnings that can be generated from advertising revenue - we have removed these system default advertisements and have left just a header and footer ad on the profile page.
Should you wish to add your own banners or advertising material to your profile page, you can do this via the Business Center. Click the Monetization tab and add your
banner/ad codes to the boxes shown. Each box states where on your profile page
the relevant banner or ad will be displayed.
